原来,膝伤时,可以进行交叉训练(cross training) 或加强训练(Strength training)。也就是进行不会伤膝盖的运动。一样可以燃烧卡路里,加强心肺和腿力。我选择在健身室骑单车。昨天第一次,可惜fasilities and equipment are incomplete and mostly broken. Tomorrow will be second round i think i'm going to try another gym room. still looking for it. I'm not going to run and get ready for this coming pentagon 21KM run on 23 April. At least i'm not feeling pain at the knee this moment, hopeful able to get full recover on coming Sunday. good luck!, I want top 10, I want get back my registration fees.
